Where do I make the balance payment?

COVID-19: To allow you additional flexibility and help you decide nearer the time whether you wish to travel, we have delayed most balance due dates to 15 days before travel, for bookings which were confirmed before 24 April 2020, where the balance was due before 31 August 2020. For those bookings, the automatic collection of your balance has been turned off to avoid early charges (with a few exceptions). To check when your balance is due, log in to Manage my Booking where you’ll see the due date under your booking payment breakdown.

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking or your Rental inbox and click Pay now.
You can pay via credit or debit card, or with PayPal. 

Will you collect my balance payment automatically? 

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to 
Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.
We’ll send you a reminder email 5 days before we charge your card, so if you’d like to make the payment sooner or use a different card, click Pay balance now on your reminder email or follow the instructions in 
Manage my holiday booking.

What happens if the automatic payment fails? 

Should the automatic charge fail, we’ll let you know via email so you can make the payment manually. We'll also let you know how much time you have  to make the balance payment.
