How do I get a Certificate of Excellence award?

What are the criteria for winning a Certificate of Excellence?
TripAdvisor uses special criteria for determining who wins. Here are the full details of how to qualify:
Response rate: needs to be 95% or higher
Acceptance rate: needs to be 90% or higher
Completed stays: you should have at least 3 completed stays (in your lifetime on the site, not just the last 12 months)
Bookings: during the qualification period you need to have had 3 or more bookings (this number is calculated across all listings on your account)
- Cancellations by owner: 0 across all listings during the qualification period
Review score (during qualifying period): a total of at least 3 reviews on your listing with an average score of 4 or above

Respond to enquiries and booking requests quickly
Accept as many booking requests as you can
Avoid cancelling any bookings
