Why can’t I edit a booking?
There are a few instances when no changes can be made to a confirmed booking. In these cases, you should discuss the change directly with your guest.
You’ll be unable to edit a booking if:

You’ve already edited the booking once before – our platform allows for only one change per booking.

The booking includes an occupancy tax, or there is an occupancy tax set up in your account.

The stay has already started.

You haven’t accepted the latest Terms and Conditions. Simply log in to your account and you’ll be presented with the Terms of use update.
