Do I need travel insurance?

We advise you to purchase your own travel insurance when making a booking.
Although we offer
Payment Protection when you book and pay online via our platform, this policy doesn’t provide insurance for separate travel purchases, such as flights.
Payment Protection covers your payment in the unlikely event that:
  • You’re prevented or denied access to your rental at check in
  • The property is misrepresented (differing substantially from what was advertised)
To ensure that the rest of your getaway is just as stress-free, look for a travel insurance policy that covers eventualities such as: 
  • Canceled flights
  • Severe weather events
  • Travel company bankruptcies
