How much will I be refunded?

Any refund depends on the cancellation policy for that booking. Go to Manage my Booking and enter your email address and the booking reference (e.g. BR1234567) to log in. From here, you can view the cancellation policy and see if you are due a refund.

The owner chooses their cancellation policy, so if you have any questions or would like to discuss a possible refund with them, you can do so through the Manage my Booking page. Please note that any refunds outside of the cancellation policy are entirely at the owner or property manager’s discretion.

Didn’t book online? If you paid the property owner/manager directly, they will process any refund due. Contact them for details.
