How quickly will I receive a response?

Many property owners/managers respond within 24 hours, but some a lot quicker. Please be aware of time zone differences when you contact them.
If you sent a
booking request:
They have 24 hours to respond to your request. Sit tight and you’ll find out soon whether they can accept the booking.
If you emailed the owner/manager:
There’s no time limit for them to respond. However, we recommend all property owners/manager reply within 24 hours.
