Where can I see the owner's cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is chosen and set up by each individual owner. The information shown here only applies in the event that you need to cancel your booking.
We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy carefully prior to confirming your booking. You can take a look at the owner’s policy on the payment page, just above the Request booking button. Simply select cancellation policy to read through it before submitting your request.
After your booking has been confirmed
Log in to Manage my holiday booking to review the owner’s cancellation policy under the Cancelling your holiday section.
If you have any questions regarding your booking cancellation policy, please reach out to the owner. Simply use the message box and select the Send Message button to submit your query.
