Why is my quote higher than the rate shown on the listing?
When you send an inquiry, you may receive a quote with a higher rate than that shown on the listing. There are a few reasons why you may be quoted a higher rate:
The owner has recently updated their rates
The number of guests for the booking is different to the group size priced online
Extra charges may have been applied such as a cleaning or pet fee
If you’re happy with your quote, all you need to do is pay online. This can be done via the email you receive from us, or by going to Manage my booking and entering your email address and booking reference (e.g. BR123456) to view and pay your quote.
